Resiplastic, traditional manufacturer of thermoplastic parts, initiated its operations in 1987, in Ribeirão Pires City, located in the ABC industrial region of São Paulo State. The first product developed were buoys for the fishing industry.

Its expansion of the thermoplastic parts began in 1988/89, with the development of seed and fertilizer boxes for direct planting agricultural machinery.

Due to the demand growth and the opening up of new sectors, Resiplastic felt the need to increase its manufacturing capabilities, and in 1996 it moved to the Mauá Plant.

In 2002 the plant was expanded with the construction of a new warehouse, plant 2, and the purchase of new machinery.

Currently, Resiplastic operates in various sectors, such as:

Agricultural:

• Fertilizer and Seed Box.
• Fuel tank for diesel tractors.
• Sprayer tanks.
• 12m³ transfer vessels for seeds and fertilizers.
• Nozzles for grain and cotton harvesters.
• Mills and Cyclones for grinding grains.

• Diesel fuel tanks (350 liters- 370 liters- 500 liters- 650 liters)

• Tanks for water and chemical products storage from 3,000 lt. to 1,5000 lt.
• Water boxes (310 liters -500 liters -1,000 liters -2000 liters)

Fishing Sector:

• Buoys for Aerators (Shrimp breeding)

	Resiplastic has a shipping/logistics area with skilled staff, storing of products in racks and pallets, providing fast and safe transport in order to meet efficiently its customers needs.

Plant:
	Resiplastic has an area of 10,000 sq. m., 9 machines of 21 arms with monthly production capacity of 400 tons, about 100 fully trained employees, annual training program covering training, recycling and development needs of staff at all levels, machines with differentiated sizes, Quality Control area with state-of-the-art equipment, Laboratory, Engineering Department for Development of customized projects, etc...
